"Décolleté" refers to the area from the neck to the collarbone and chest.
"Décolleté Care" is an app that guides you through self-care for this area using animated finger movements on a diagram of the human body.
It was created to help you establish a relaxation habit before bed.

■ For a pre-sleep transition
At the end of the day, take a few minutes to place your hands on your body. You don't need to think about what to do; simply follow the marks on the diagram, making it easy to start even on tiring days.
It can be used as a signal to shift from staring at a screen to paying attention to your body.

■ Visually clear
The app shows where, in which direction, and with which hand to move, indicated by light and hand shapes moving across the diagram.
You can proceed simply by following the marks, without having to read long explanatory texts.

■ In sync with your breath
Some steps involve hand movements only while exhaling. You can proceed slowly, regulating your breathing in time with the expanding circles.

■ On days like these:
・Days when your shoulders and neck are stiff
・Days when you've been staring at a screen for a long time
・Days when you've been hunched over
・Days when your face feels heavy
・Nights when you just want to fall asleep
You can choose a course that suits how you spend your day.
Some days you'll go through the entire course, and other days you'll finish it shorter.
Before you begin, we'll guide you through some gentle neck rotations.

■ A record of your progress
The days you complete the course are counted as consecutive days. You can also leave a single tap to record your "current feeling" before starting and after finishing (you can start without selecting anything). We don't judge whether you've improved or worsened. It simply records how you felt that day.

■ Records only on your device
Records of your sessions and daily reflections (sleep feeling, body feeling, notes) are saved only on your device.
There are no functions to send, share, or export. Account registration is not required.

■ Sound
We provide background music that can be played only during the care session. The default setting is off. It won't stop sounds playing from other apps, so you can use it alongside your favorite music.
