2GO for Business — All the store's orders in one place, from your phone.

A customer orders in the 2GO app, the order lands with you with a notification, and from there everything is on the same screen: pick up or prepare, mark ready, and the customer receives an update that they can come and pick up.

What's in the app:
• Live order box — each order with its status, with filtering for news, in preparation, ready and picked up.
• Notification of a new order, with a sound — even when the app is closed.
• Picking screen — mark each item, weigh items by weight, and report shortages.
• Out-of-stock item — offer the customer a replacement, and their answer returns to the picking screen.
• Barcode within the picking — type in a barcode or scan with a connected scanner, and the item is marked.
• Kitchen preparation board — tickets by waiting, in preparation and ready, and one click for each stage.
• "Who's on the way" board — which customers are on their way to pick up and how much time is left, when the customer shares a location.
• Ready time — say "in 20 minutes" or a time window, and the customer sees it with them.
• Store status — open or close, and choose in-store pickup, at a location, or both.
• Open orders and today's turnover — on the home screen, without searching.
• Product management — catalog with search by name, barcode or department, and editing name, price and image.
• Product photos from the camera — see which products still don't have an image, and take photos on the spot.
• Shelf update by barcode — type in a barcode and update price and stock status: regular, low or out of stock.
• Departments and promotions — arrange the catalog, and create a promotion that appears to customers in the app.
• Written request from a customer — price it and send a quote, even without a catalog.
• Team — invite employees in a link, each with their own role: picking, kitchen, shelf, photography, and more.
• A screen for each role — those who pick see a picking queue, those in the kitchen see a preparation board.
• Several businesses or branches in one account — switch between them with a click.
• Full Hebrew, and also a dark mode.

Who is it suitable for:
Bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, delicatessens, minimarkets and booksellers, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, flower and gift shops — any business whose customers order in advance and collect.

How to get started:
Register in the app with your business details, address, opening hours, and method of collection. After the account is approved, you start receiving orders.

The app is the business side of 2GO, and works with a business account in the system. The 2GO customer app is the other side of that board.
