Terrible experience. Captor X 16 fails to connect to S22 Ultra on Android 14, iPhone 11 Max and iPhone 16 Max on iOS17.6.1. Permissions accepted. Location is enabled on all handsets and BLE Scanner 4.0 sees the device fine. Windows remote software says the Captor X 16 is on latest firmware. This is a brand new purchase. I shouldn't need to raise a support ticket to use 'out of the box' functionality. I have no faith they're competent enough to resolve the issue anyway. What a joke.

Works for the most part. Turns out you have to be connected to the Internet for it to load your cabinets. So no airplane mode with Bluetooth on if you want to change your cabs
