2026-08-07	Ch*****	The apps bank account management is terrible. I tried adding a new checking account after I closed my old one, and it glitched and deposited from the old account. Later on, they contact me telling ME to contact them to pay my balance with no easy method to just send them money. I call them, and get auto hung up on because of "high call volume". Never thought it would be so difficult to send a company my money

2026-06-27	Tk*****	They want your blood type, and DNA to bet on a horse. You don't need this much ID to fly on a plane, to vote or do anything really. It's very invasive for a gaming app to need government ID, a photo of your SS card and/or W2, 1040 or utility bill. What the hell? I'll find something else or go to my local place. Too much private information going to who knows where.
