A VIRTUAL PHONE SYSTEM, NO HARDWARE

- AI receptionist that answers your line in French and English: pick a voice, write your greetings, describe your business, and turn it on or off anytime from the app. Every plan includes monthly AI receptionist minutes (30, 60 or 90 by plan).
- Local business number in 60+ Canadian area codes and most US area codes (514, 438, 416, 604, 212, 415, 305 and more), picked right in the app.
- Calls to Canada and the US with monthly minutes included in every plan (900, 1,800 or 2,700 by plan).
- Your phone rings like a regular call even when the app is closed.
- Business SMS: send and receive texts from your business number, with a monthly outbound allowance included in every plan (250, 500 or 750 by plan), on SMS-enabled numbers.
- Voicemail to text: visual voicemail with automatic transcription in French and English, generated on our own servers.
- The receptionist takes messages and books appointments for you, straight into Google Calendar or Outlook, and sends you the details by email.
- Transcripts and AI notes for the calls your receptionist handles.
- Multi-level IVR: a professional call menu configured for your business, with business hours and routing rules.
- Several lines in one app: every extension rings on your phone, and you choose which number shows as your caller ID.
- In-call keypad to navigate phone menus and extensions.
- Contacts synced to your account, with device-contact import.
- Full call history and per-line status.
- Fully bilingual interface, French and English, with light and dark mode.
