Para se të bëja abonimin, mora konfirmim se një funksion i caktuar (screenshot/record) ishte i disponueshëm, gjë që ndikoi drejtpërdrejt në vendimin tim për ta blerë paketën. Më vonë, ky funksion u hoq gjatë periudhës së abonimit pa një njoftim të qartë apo transparencë për përdoruesit. Mendoj se kjo krijon mungesë besimi dhe paqartësi për klientin, sidomos kur vendimi për blerje bazohet në informacione që më pas ndryshojnë.
