Sprawdzanie zakresu ubezpieczenia i placówek działa świetnie. Niestety apka nie pozwala na trwałe zapamiętanie sesji użytkownika i nie wspiera biometrii ani pinów, więc konieczne jest pełne logowanie by z niej znowu skorzystać po automatycznym wylogowaniu. Apka nie wysyła powiadomień o skutecznie zarezerwowanych czy o zbliżających się wizytach, nie pozwala również na sprawdzenie kodów weryfikacyjny dla bieżących wizyt.

W dzisiejszych czasach, brak trybu ciemnego w aplikacji jest poważnym uchybieniem, które wpływa negatywnie na doświadczenia użytkowników i ich komfort korzystania.
