Tusemesane is an anonymous reporting platform where users can file complaints and challenges they are facing against organizations. On the other hand, organizations can respond to the complaints by addressing them.
Users enjoy 100% anonymity within their operations in the app including the one-time-pin sign up.
On the other hand, the comments made by users are also moderated by the administrator for relevance.
The complaints are filed but do not show anywhere within the user's profile to maintain confidentiality.

HOW TO USE TUSEMESANE
a) As a user/complainant?
Simply login, write down your complaint, attach any necessary attachments (Video/Image/Audio) then hit send and the complaint will be posted to the relevant organization. Your name is not revealed anywhere before, during or after this process. It is completely anonymous.

b) As an organization/entity?
The role of such is simply responding to complaints. As an entity, once you register with the system, you will be able to access all complaints filed against you and respond to them appropriately.
