2024-12-21	Al*****	I seriously only bought this to play pubg mobile. To find out it isn't compatible with pubg mobile. It feels so nice. The sensitivity is amazing... It looks really sick. But it's basically useless to me because I'm a PC player. And THE ONLY REASON WHY I BOUGHT THIS was to play pubg mobile. Now I have to return it. And tell everyone I know who plays pubg mobile. Not to get this damn thing.. Microsoft. If you're gonna be in competition keep up. You're losing.

Turtle beach would rather have customers throw their controllers than see what is wrong and update their software and hardware. I went through two controller, and I still had issues. They can do better by having the users return their controllers and do diagnostics. But no, they dont care about their customer wants, only lining their pockets.

2024-02-20	Na*****	What's the point of having features that do not work? Best deal is to remove them along with the expectations. The menu should read as follows: Game Discovery, Firmware update, Buy our other products because we already moved on from this one so don't expect any actual functionality.

Not sure what the real issue is, but I know this app will walk you through firmware updates... give you loading progress bars... and then say the firmware is the same version after downloading. I'm pretty sure the most current firmware isn't "1.0.1".

Know you gotta turn on both sides unless you know to look at the firmware update. One side is on a more current version than the other. Trying to use it for this "Devil May Cry" mobile game that recently came out haven't been able to. Would be cool if it had storage since I can't even have my favorite mobile game any longer because I don't have enough space, "Reverse 1999".
