AVA

This app is designed to provide unified access to information related to the Telecare Service. It facilitates contact between the user and the Call Center.

Incoming Video Calls

AVA allows users to receive and answer incoming video calls. When a user receives a call, the application can display a notification or call screen even if the app is in the background or closed.

Upon accepting the call, AVA opens the video call within the application. While the call is active, a persistent notification is displayed to indicate that a call is in progress and allows the user to return to or end the call.

This feature is part of AVA's core communication service.
