Wasn't able to use for long as my device broke so deemed this unnecessary

This app does not connect. I've tried to install it on an older android phone as per the instructions and... The app is not supported on android 10 so I can't even install it to update the firmware to connect with my usual phone. Top tip. If you know your firmware is faulty then stop shipping it with the old firmware and make sure you ship it with the updated version we need to be able to use the product!!
