2025-01-28	Da*****	The company that owns thwse machines don't take care of them. They're down more than they work. I dried my clothes for 1 hr 30 mins and they still came out wet. Absolutely ridiculous the way they take care of things.

2024-12-29	Al*****	i hate living in a world where i have to use this app. i hate having to buy microtransaction "laundry dollars" in increments larger than the wash cost. i hate being unable to pause or open the washing machine after a load starts. i hate how using this makes me feel like a corporate peasant and that i am being milked dry. it is the little things that erode the dignity. perhaps this was meant at one point to improve lives; at the moment, it degrades mine.

Repeatedly, I'm sent to talk to robots, and they never come and inspect their machines when they break down or throw error codes no matter how many times they've been reported. The company is super small and doesn't appear to have any physical workers, and any of their support people are just robo chatters. Not consumer friendly.

I have to walk out of the laundromat to just pay for my laundry, then walk back into the building to press the start button. Miserable design, and the world as a whole is worse off because of it. This app is so bad it has made me consider a career change and quit software engineering.

2024-08-05	Ti*****	I highly resent giving this app and this equally terrible company a star. These machines have been problematic from day 1! Especially the dryers! Dryer A didn't work for six months and now the other two are no good. I have been reporting this to virtual assistant for months! Only for him to come back with stupid stuff such as expecting me, a customer, to reach in the back and unplug it! The scanner often doesn't scan and it doesn't do well with basement floors.
