Institutes and branches
Run several institutes or branches in one app. Each has its own name, logo, address, phone, batches and students.
The Institute button in the bottom menu switches between branches or shows all of them together. Long-press it to manage branches.
Your choice is remembered. A branch can only be deleted once it has no batches or students.
Students, batches, fees, charts and the schedule all follow the selected branch.
Students
Add, edit and delete students with phone, WhatsApp number, email, address, gender, roll number, course and monthly fee.
Students can join a group batch or be solo (1-on-1) with their own days and times.
The Students tab has one swipe-able tab per batch, plus All and Solo/Unassigned.
Each row shows a running number, name with gender, roll number and a fee pill (Paid ₹, Due : N, Pending or No fees) with the last payment date.
Pick phone numbers from your contacts, call from the list, or send a WhatsApp message.
Courses, batches and schedule
Courses with a fee and duration. Batches with a course, branch, days, times and capacity.
A schedule view of all classes for the selected branch.
Moving a batch to another branch takes its students with it.
Fees
Fee calendar: each student has a year grid of 12 months. Tap a month to record a payment with amount, date paid and an optional SMS receipt. Paid months show a tick, overdue months show in red. Long-press a month for the full form.
Time limit and late fine:
Every fee has a due date, set by a default number of days in Settings.
After the due date the fee moves to Overdue on its own and a late fine is added, either once or per day.
It stays in the Overdue list until it is paid.
You can waive the fine on a single fee.
The fine is locked in when the fee is paid, so changing the rules later doesn't alter past payments.
The Fees tab has All / Overdue / Pending / Paid filters, totals, and the amount overdue including fines.
Batch-wise collection totals and bar charts (collected vs pending) by batch, month and year.
CSV export of fees, filtered by month.
Receipts, reminders and invoices
PDF receipts with the branch's logo, name, address and phone.
SMS or WhatsApp reminders written for the fee's status: due, overdue with fine, or paid.
A Reminder button that sends one message listing every unpaid month, its fine and the total.
An Invoice button that makes a multi-page PDF of everything a student owes.
A daily notification when fees are overdue, showing the fines so far.
Security, backup and convenience
PIN lock: 4–6 digits, asked when the app opens and after 30 seconds in the background, with a pause after five wrong tries.
Backup and restore: one .zip of all data and logos, saved wherever you choose in the file picker, including Google Drive. Restore works on a new phone. It is manual, not automatic sync.
Speak mode reads out each payment. Always send SMS receipt ticks the receipt box by default.
Update notifications through Google Play: an in-app prompt, a must-update mode, a daily notification, and Settings → Check for updates.
Light and dark mode, and screens that stay clear of the phone's status and navigation bars.
Data
Everything is stored on the phone in a local database and works offline. The only network use is Google Play's update check.
Updates keep existing data through database migrations.collection.
