Tu Expense

Tu Expense is the app for residents of apartment buildings, condominiums, and other residential complexes. Check your information, contact management, and manage your unit's day-to-day operations from your phone.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

• Check your maintenance fees and see your current balance
• View the building's bank details (alias, CBU/CLABE, bank) to transfer funds from your own bank
• Report payments already made: upload the receipt, amount, date, and reference
• Review your payment history
• Read announcements and updates from management
• Reserve amenities (barbecue area, pool, multipurpose room, and more)
• Open and track support tickets with the integrated chat
• Manage visitor and guest authorizations
• Register vehicles
• Access shared documents (regulations, meeting minutes, etc.)
• Receive push notifications of important updates
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Tu Expense does not process payments within the app. Transfers are made through your bank's app or website. At Tu Expense, you only register the receipt for the building management to confirm.
ACCOUNT AND ACCESS
Accounts are assigned by your building or condominium management. If you need access, please contact your property management.
