ESYL is a creative wellbeing platform designed to help people slow down, reset, and reconnect through simple guided creative activities.
Unlike traditional meditation or art-learning apps, ESYL combines creativity and wellbeing into short, accessible experiences designed for all abilities — no artistic experience required.
ESYL offers guided sessions focused on calm, creativity, focus, reflection, and mindful expression using simple materials such as a pen and paper. Sessions are intentionally pressure-free, helping users explore creativity in a relaxed and supportive way.
The platform includes:
