TTMS Fleet

TTMS Fleet is the transportation management system for trucking carriers and fleet owners. This app puts your company's TTMS Fleet account on your phone, so owners, dispatchers and office staff can keep loads moving from the yard, the road or home.

Sign in with the TTMS Fleet login your company gave you. Accounts are set up for each company by TTMS Fleet; the app does not create accounts.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Dashboard: what moves today – loads in transit, pickups and deliveries, open exceptions and the money waiting on paperwork – at a glance.
• Load Command Center: every load with its status, route, schedule, driver, truck and documents, and the full history of each load.
• Create and dispatch loads: pick an available driver, truck and trailer and send the trip to the driver's TTMS Fleet Driver app.
• Driver App activity: where each trip stands, the driver's position while a trip runs, scanned bills of lading and delivery receipts, inspections (DVIR) and odometer readings – and ask a driver for anything that is missing.
• Drivers, trucks and trailers: profiles, availability, documents and expiring credentials; repairs and maintenance in TTMS Care.
• Customers, brokers and locations in one place.
• Documents: rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs and more, kept with each load.
• Accounting: invoices ready to send, factoring and cash flow.
• Reports and exports.

MADE FOR THE PHONE
• Exports, statements and PDFs open in your phone's viewer or go to Share.
• Print uses your phone's print dialog, including Save as PDF.
• Upload documents and photos from your files or straight from the camera.
• Phone numbers, email addresses and map links open in their own apps.
• The back button walks back through pages; a clear "No connection" screen with Try again when you are offline.
