2024-11-29	Me*****	Rejects every time I try to add money to my balance. States call bank. Bank doesn't know why it rejects. It shows it was withdrawn and immediately credited again. Live time availability of machines is wrong. It says 0 out of 0 available, no matter what. We have at least three washers and dryers on each floor. This app sucks.

2024-11-22	Ka*****	This app has made doing laundry fast and easier especially when the Internet in the area is messed up the app makes it so I can still pay for my laundry and use the machines. Another thing that's great about this app is it tells you when your laundry's done and if there are machines open or not. Definitely a must use if you live in a apartment building and the recommend this app!!

2024-06-28	Aa*****	charges an extra 25 cents to run a dryer for 5 whole extra minutes and it's a forced pop up that could easily trip up anybody not fully paying attention, as far as I'm concerned, that's deserving of a 1 star review. This goes without mentioning the atrocious amount of time it takes to actually use the app to get things going or the fact that it literally doesn't send you notifications most of the time. Pointless.

2024-03-06	Da*****	This "service" is a scam. Whenever there is a problem with a machine they take weeks to fix it. Whenever you bring up the problem with the establishment or management that these machines have consistent problems they say you have to use the app. The app doesn't follow up with any registered maintenance problem. The app doesn't update to show issues have been fixed. The app doesn't specify how to contact maintenance if the app is down. An absolute scam that someone is getting rich off of this.

2024-02-20	Pa*****	After checking through all my notifications no matter what I seem to do I do not typically receive the notification that something has been completed unless I unlock my device and have my Bluetooth connected. Can't complain too much though when you can let customer service know when there's an issue anytime of the day and if something does happen, customer service is pretty decent to speak with about getting the problem resolved.

I love 3 floors away and get very irritated, as an asthmatic, at having to make multiple trips down to collect my items. Connect the cards to the accounts if your not going to have a fully working system! I refuse to pay for a card to have money separate from the app. I don't have cash just lying around for this!

2023-09-02	Em*****	I have had a very pleasant experience with the BDS app! The only reason it's not full 5 is the "Room status" and "Peak time graph" don't seem to work. Idk if that's because our complex doesn't subscribe to that or not, though. Because otherwise I've had a fantastic experience.

2023-04-29	ta*****	It works...however it's two stars because it's so basic. You don't even get a display of the fabric settings of the machine. Now it lists of how many machines, dryers or washers. I would like to see the different types of washes on the screen.
