TS Minicab

TS Minicab's official dispatch app for our drivers and administrative team. Not a public ride-booking app — access requires a TS Minicab driver or admin account.

FOR DRIVERS

• See available jobs and accept the ones that fit your schedule
• Step through each trip in real time: Start Job, Arrived to Pickup, Passenger on Board, Job Complete
• Track your earnings and see which completed jobs have been paid
• Upload your license, insurance, DBS certificate, MOT, and other verification documents directly from your phone
• Get notified the moment a new job is available or your documents are reviewed
• Manage your bank details, profile, and account settings in one place

FOR ADMINISTRATORS

• Post new jobs or review bookings coming in from the website
• Assign jobs to specific drivers, or release them back to the pool
• Review and verify driver documents before they can start accepting jobs
• Track payments and see what's outstanding at a glance
• Handle late-cancellation requests with a clear approval workflow
• Get a live dashboard view of jobs, drivers, and revenue

Built specifically around how TS Minicab operates day to day, from job dispatch through to driver payouts.
