WaitLess

WaitLess is a patient empowerment app available in Kent, Medway, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Lincolnshire, Staffordshire, and Stoke. It helps patients find the fastest way to receive care for non-life-threatening emergencies by displaying real-time waiting times at Minor Injury Units (MIUs), Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs), Walk-In Centres (WICs), and Emergency Departments (EDs).

The app combines live wait times and travel routes, offering patients ranked options for urgent care facilities based on shortest waiting and travel time. It also provides detailed information on each treatment center's services, opening hours, parking, and disabled access. Additionally, WaitLess includes a directory of local pharmacies with service details and location directions.

By using WaitLess, patients can make informed decisions to avoid busy A&E departments, helping the NHS reduce pressure and ensure emergency services are available for those who truly need them. The app features quick access to emergency dialing (999, 111) and integrates with Google Maps for seamless navigation.
