Vengo Pilot App, working with the Vengo ERP, helps fleet team to get updates from drivers about all deliveries in real time and optimizing deliveries to reach the satisfaction of our vendors and customers.
With Vengo Pilot App, the delivery associate can:
- Systematically follow the optimized pickup and delivery schedule
- Receive instant notification from the fleet team in case of order updates
- Reach delivery destinations on time
- Initiate Request for Reschedule/Return/Cancel by customer.
- Collect CASH payments from the customer by Payment Link or Cash
- Update the current delivery as successful and move on to the next delivery
With Vengo Pilot App, the operations managers and fleet team can:
