2022-06-09	Li*****	Mostly good, however I have the "power user" access on my phone and for the last couple of weeks whenever I've tried to scan a ticket in everytime I point the camera at the QR code on the barcode the app freezes and closes. I have tried closing the app, restarting my phone etc but still bugs out. No problems with our iPhone devices logged in through volunteer scanning the QR code tickets, just my Android device camera scanning doesn't work and closes the app every time.

2022-03-10	C *****	You'll need to sign up for a free account on their website before using this app. Once that's done, it just works, cannot believe this is free. The scan rules are a bit tricky but I rang up customer hotline and they walked me through how to set it up. Highly recommend.

2021-12-15	Ko*****	Can't even install the app? 🤦‍♂️🤷 Google Pixel 4XL. I've just emailed support. Although I needed this app when I tried downloading it days ago. No point now. We already had to find a way to do it without the app.
