2021-11-20	Ri*****	If your downloading this app your just wasting your time. How the hell will want to book a ride and the maps are not functioning. You'll call customer service to book a ride for you and it's like children are playing with the phone. Putting your call on hold. You'll just get stranded with this app. Just like I did today. I was totally standed. I had to start downloading another app and under 3 mins I got my ride.
