2023-07-24	Je*****	The app is great for notifications etc. Timekeeping is another story though. An absolute nightmare. Every week when I try to upload a picture of my timecard, it either freezes (not often) or boots me off the app completely (weekly). I have to start the process all over again. This will happen at least 4-5 times before it is submitted. I've tried different days, times, and locations (for wifi) and it doesn't seem to make a difference. My submissions have been late a couple of times d/t this.

2023-06-04	La*****	This app is so slow and it does not accept downloaded pictures for time keeping. I spend hours trying to download my time card and the app will not accept it. I have to go through so many backdoor ways just to upload a time card. This is the worse app for employees because it is not user friendly and the app is terrible when trying to search for matches, it always starts back at the begining. Very angry with this:(

2023-02-24	Lo*****	If you try to text anyone, after about 30 seconds everything becomes incredibly slow and you can't do anything. Online on a computer works fine but the app doesn't work so well with communication

2022-10-16	Ra*****	finicky, tedious, and irritating to use My pay images never go through without having to submit them MULTIPLE times, no matter the size or format. the app forces you to go through irrelevant sections that don't apply. i.e. I want to update my vaccines and immunization but all I can access is whether I want to extend my assignment or nor. it's apparently impossible to access or update my profile through the app

Everything else work good for me that is why I still gave 3 stars.
