Payout in PENDING status since 6/13/23. I've checked my PayPal for last 36 months & no $$ from Trunow. Update 9/10,8/20,7/26,6/9,4/30, 4/3/24, they respond, get info & again NO PayPal payout. They don't respond to emails. Don't waste your time for pennies while they mine your data!

I could no longer get into my account to either scan more receipts or cash out. I have e-mailed the company multiple times; and all they say is they're working on it. Requests to simply cash out because the app doesn't work anymore have gone ignored. Last month, I finally filed complaints with the Georgia Consumer Protection Division and the Federal Trade Commission.

I could no longer get into my account to either scan more receipts or cash out. I have e-mailed the company multiple times; and all they say is they're working on it. Requests to simply cash out because the app doesn't work anymore have gone ignored. 2025-08-30	Ke*****	This is a scam. I contacted them after trying to redeem with PayPal. After putting my info in again they stopped replying and then took the money I was redeeming and the rest I was accumulating, They deleted my info, my member id number and all my history. They left me with a wiped new account. Don't bother with this scam. Will be reporting them. Zero Stars
