Off market listings. What's up with like literally every listing, within my filter parameters, in the areas I'm looking in, currently being listed as off market? Albuquerque and Las Cruces, NM. If it's off the market, why are you still listing it? How about, oh I don't know, maybe showing me places that actually are currently available.
