The TRU Heroes Loyalty Program covers a wide range of selected products from Astral Adhesives. Therefore, being a part of this program will entitle you to get attractive gifts, depending on the points you have earned.

To register, download the TRU Heroes App and activate your account by entering mobile number. Fill in the required details and after validation of the information furnished and subject to meeting the eligibility profile, you will be enrolled in TRU Heroes.

Points Update & Redemption Process:
Points can be added by entering the code on purchase of all products covered under the Loyalty Program. Also, get a chance to win bonus points depending on the frequency of your purchase. Based on earned points, redemption process can be initiated to win exciting gifts! Users can redeem maximum 70% of his points within in year.

Terms and Conditions:
The Trubuild TRU Heroes Loyalty Programme invitation is strictly valid only for select contractors and Applicators and is applicable for selected range of products mentioned in the Scheme. Consideration period is from 15th July 2020 to 31st March 2021.

• Only registered Contractors /Applicators in the Loyalty Programme are eligible for gifts.
• All the registration formalities must be strictly adhered to ensure qualification as per Company norms. Registration of any contractor is at the discretion of the company & it will be done after validation of credentials of contractors by Company person.
• Trubuild TRU Heroes Loyalty Programme is Valid in India.
• Benefits given in this reward program will not be merged with any other scheme.
• Company reserves the right to change gifts and their points any time as it is subject to availability of brand and model.
• The Contractor / applicator has no objection in receiving trade and promotional offers vide SMS and calls.
• The Company or its dealers shall under no circumstances take back the Products once sold under this loyalty program.
• Winning points can neither be exchanged with any other gift nor be encashed.
• Decision of company will be final and binding regarding the reward program.
• Standard delivery time of gift articles are - Minimum 25 working days.
• On redemption for any two wheelers, the ex-showroom price would be considered only.
• Duration and schedule of domestic and foreign trips would be the sole discretion of company.
• Company reserves the right to change or withdraw this scheme anytime, without stating any reason without prior notice.
• Employee of the company, its distributors, dealers, sub dealers, its participating agencies and their relatives are not eligible for any entitlements under the programme.
• Travelling to foreign countries is subjected to passport and visa clearance.
• Travelling to foreign destinations would be at your own risk.
• International trip starts from either Delhi or Mumbai.
• Bank transfer will be done in minimum 7 working days.
• Participation in the Loyalty Programme is voluntary and in no event shall the Company be liable either in contract or in tort for any consequential or indirect loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person including (without limitation) loss of profit or damage to reputation or goodwill.
