App cropped view beyond what was visible in image preview, could not turn on flash, could not take a second picture. this app exists to disenfranchise warranty/recall claimants by making it intentionally as difficult and invasive as possible to jump through hoops. this was after the midea recall site wouldn't recognize my address even though it was in the dropdown, i had to call and they had the same problem and then they put me on hold and disconnected and required another callback to get this

this is the worst app or company there is!

This app is broken. All it wants is some photos and suggests that you should factory reset devices that it deems not secure enough. It determines this extremely poorly, suggesting that any device that isn't stock is somehow incapable of taking photos. Anyone wanting to contract with this company beware: you will get complaints from completely legitimate users that this app is broken. Suggest finding someone else to partner with.
