Truehelps is a technology-driven emergency assistance platform created with the vision of improving communication and accessibility during critical situations. The platform was envisioned by Deepak from Kanpur after witnessing a real-life accident in which people wanted to help an injured individual but were unable to contact the victim’s family because emergency information was not accessible.
Truehelps was developed to bridge the gap between emergencies and timely communication by providing users with a secure, easy-to-use emergency contact system.
The application enables users to securely store emergency contact details and generate a personalised emergency QR code linked to their profile. During emergency situations, authorised individuals can scan the QR code and access limited emergency contact information only after successful identity verification, ensuring privacy, security, and controlled access to sensitive information.
