ALLIANCE TRUECARE is a Remote Patient Monitoring companion app that works together with compatible external health monitoring devices to help patients and care teams track vital signs.

The app can sync with 5 types of vitals measuring devices:
– Blood Pressure Monitor
– Glucometer
– Pulse Oximeter
– Weight Scale
– Thermometer

How it works: This app requires compatible external hardware devices to function. It cannot operate independently without a supported BP machine, glucometer, pulse oximeter, weight scale, or thermometer. The app connects with supported devices using Bluetooth technology, and requires location permission to be enabled in order to scan for and identify Bluetooth devices. The app does not track or store your location.
