2023-08-20	Vi*****	I had Purchased used car from Truebill in July 2023 from Amanora, Pune. I had faced some issues in car like clutch Hardness, Stearing hardness, gear shifter issue. Starting of this issue I raised ticket but not resolved by the person who checked my car. Howerver after some challenges Advisor Swapnil had very well resolved my car issue. Now driving experience of my car are really smooth. Thank you Swapnil and AB Auto lines, Wagholi, Pune.

2023-07-04	Pr*****	App is good. But it their post vehicle sale support to any damage. Too slow response. Did not mention detailed warrenty terms and conditions. As a result, when car breaks down customer has to face convenience as there vendors will gives you a big fat bill.

2023-06-06	Ya*****	Such a pathetic service. They say before delivery the car goes through 100+ inspection but sadly it's a false commitment. They took my wireless car charger and also they are not fixing my car which was not asured at the time of the delivery. Spinney the parent company I am totally disappointed with your sub brand Truebil. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO PURCHASE CAR FROM TRUEBILL OR SPINNEY

2023-06-04	Sm*****	Service is not as good as we thought... There is a proverb we used to say "Don't judge a book by its cover" Truebil sales persons should understand these to act accordingly... We went to see aftr getting the appointmnt only, but they treatd us Very Cheap & No proper Response... On top of it, we specifically booked an appointment to discus with the finance team & to see the cars.. But after reaching the outlet, finance team is not available & they didn't show the cars too... Big Disappointment!!!

2023-03-13	Ud*****	Worst service... Travelled 40 kms after being harrassed through multiple calls and the car is already booked and no other car available to check. Also the team there doesn't even care and asked to go to another showroom.

2023-03-07	AN*****	Horrible experience..... App as well as customer service is horrendous. I booked a test drive and went to the location but the car wasn't there. So, I had to go another location and both locations are 1 hr drive from home. Also customer service agent misguided to check a booked car.

2022-12-13	Ra*****	Very bad after sale support. For RC had to pay Rs 2000/- from my packet only, additionally also had to pay Rs 2000/- more for replacing Accelerator pedal. Issue in Accelerator pedal in just 4 months. So please do not expect any kind of after sale support from Truebil. You will have to manage everything on your own. So be prepared for same.

The promise given while there, the words spoken while there, after taking the delivery of the car, there is no such service, there is no such word. Even when calling, there is no lift, there is no response, there is no reply to the message. I have already complained 100 times but they did not give me any help

2022-10-11	Py*****	Experience was worst ever. I have Baught a car from trubil with thousands of fake promises. I was sold a car with thousands of rupees challan pending on it. And even after 1 year the challans are still not cleared by trubil. I never recommend this app to anyone. I have no other option left but to contact a legal expert.

2022-08-02	Hi*****	This was my first experience buying a car , had some uncalled issue while replacing the car I have purchased first. I have raised my concern to Trubil support Team.I got an immediate response from Parveen who understood my concern escalated to the concern team to make sure my issue can be resolved asap.She has constantly followed up with the team and kept me updated. At the end the issue got resolved. Thank you Parveen. You are a great Asset for the team. Best of luck ! :)
