runs slow. it doesn't take you to the building but it just takes you to the road. Needs better updates. Even with 5g it is taking over ten minutes to load. And no it is not my phone. And when you miss your turn it tries to take you through neighborhoods where trucks are not allowed. And you want to know more. It happens every time I go on this app. And it doesn't always find the address you want. I am looking for another app. Had this one for over two years and just tired of it

a bit buggy on androids but works fine as a iPhone app. wish they could figure out why it's different. it has rarely steered me wrong and it even has a feature that you can tell them if the directions are wrong or lead you to a impassable road. and you can tell them what's wrong with it. the devs seem like good people and have reached out to me when I reported bugs.
