Trovakap Mail

Trovakap Mail is the Android client for Trovakap, private team email that runs on your own domains and your own infrastructure.

It is built for people who live in a shared mailbox: support queues, sales aliases, ops rotas — the addresses a whole team answers, not just one person.

Mail that behaves
• Every mailbox you have access to, one swipe from the last
• Threaded conversations that stay collapsed until you open them

Written for shared inboxes
• Switch mailboxes the way you switch accounts — pick one, see only its folders
• All Inboxes merges every mailbox into a single dated list
• Reply, reply all, and forward keep the mailbox you replied from
• Add every account you have and switch between them without signing out

Works without signal
• Recently read mail is cached on the device
• Actions taken offline queue and replay when you reconnect
• Messages composed offline sit in an outbox and send themselves

Quiet by default
• Push notifications tell you mail arrived, not what it says

Private by design
• Tokens are held in the Android Keystore, never in plain files
• Message HTML renders sandboxed, with remote images blocked until you allow them
• See every device signed in to your account and sign one out from Settings
• No advertising identifiers, no cross-app tracking, no data sold

Trovakap Mail requires an account provided by your organisation. Mailboxes are created by administrators on the web at mail.trovakap.com.
