Would give this app just 1/2 star if I could... Best way I can articulate my review of this app: it's even worse than their awful commercials. I'd rather have my 9 year old niece book my travel before using this app because she provides far and away better customer service than this app. There's no shortage of better apps, Expedia will continue to be my go-to for booking travel.

When we went to book a hotel stay it did not book the right dates. We were unable to cancel directly through the hotel, and finding how to cancel it took a long time as the confirmation email didn't provide that information. When we did book our stay with the correct date, it was almost $100 cheaper through the actual hotel. Trivago boasts the cheapest booking, but does not deliver. I strongly recommend to any user trying to book a hotel to NOT use Trivago as it is NOT the cheapest option.
