TriRS Organizer is the Tri.RS app for those who produce and operate events. Validate tickets at the entrance in seconds, track entry in real time, and, if you have financial access, see how sales are going, all in the palm of your hand.

CHECK-IN AT THE ENTRANCE
• Scan the ticket's QR code with your camera and validate instantly
• No scan? Use manual validation and search for participants by name
• Track entry progress: total sold, how many have entered and how many are missing
• See the latest registered entries
• If the connection drops, validation continues in contingency mode and is synchronized later

PARTICIPANT LIST
• Consult and search for event participants directly in the app
• See who has already entered and who hasn't yet

REAL-TIME ANALYTICS
• Sales, net revenue, average ticket price and event occupancy
• Sales by payment method (Pix/cash and card)
• Payments pending approval
• Tickets sold by type
The Analytics module only appears for events where you have financial permission.

PRODUCT PICKUP
• Validate the pickup of products purchased at the event store

SECURITY
• Login via email and password or validator code
• Session protected on the device and encrypted communication
• Each person only sees the events and modules they are permitted to access

HOW TO START
Enter your organizer account email and password on Tri.RS, or the validator code provided by the event producer, choose the event and start validating.
