2026-08-30	Pa*****	Terrible. Free version is limited to 5 days in a month and one trip total. Cannot export, share, nothing. True WYSIWYG. Wants to steal personal information (email or Google account) up front. No offline/downloaded maps. Search for "restaurants" or "food" comes up blank. Stupid AI finds things way out of the area or uninteresting and only 3 items, no prompts allowed. Based on experience with the free version no way I'd pay money and no idea why it gets 4.2 stars. it's bait and switch

2026-08-08	SM*****	Not user friendly at all. Can't find flights with given numbers, can't add your own itinerary easily. Have to put day to day activities in the comment section. Just so frustrating. Save your $30 because there's no way to get it back.

2026-08-04	Th*****	I had purchased the legacy Sygic, which was one of the best and for sure my favourite travelling app. Tripomatic unfortunately changed that. It's not as clean and as easy to use and definitely much harder to find places to visit. To the point that I am using it less and less. And new features are under subscription now. I'm clearly not happy with the evolution of the app.

2026-07-31	Gi*****	Péssimo. Era usuário desde janeiro de 2017, ainda Sygic, mas ao longo do tempo as coisas foram piorando. Várias mudanças desde criação de "licença vitalícia +" mesmo para quem já apoiou a empresa desde o início.

2026-06-27	Jo*****	I am incredibly disappointed with the evolution of this app since the merger between Sygic Travel and Tripomatic. The old Sygic interface was clean, intuitive, and a pleasure to use. This new version is completely the opposite: it is confusing, cluttered, and not user-friendly at all. They took a brilliant tool and made it frustrating. I will be uninstalling it immediately and looking for a better alternative to spend my money on. Such a shame.
