To support this functionality, the app uses Android FOREGROUND_SERVICE capability to detect incoming and outgoing business call state changes while agents interact with customers. The foreground service synchronizes call metadata such as:

Foreground processing is essential because delayed or interrupted call event handling may result in incomplete CRM activity history, missed customer interactions, failed follow-ups, or reduced customer support efficiency during active travel operations.).
