Useless. Fails to open an existing trip with a generic message saying "Oops! It looks like something went wrong. Please check your connection." Displays dates in the non-standard American format (mm/dd/yyyy) and does not provide a way to change this. Fundamental error in an app that has to support international travel.

the app is good, easy access. however if im mostly using this for work arent ready to travel personally, then what is the purpose of obtaining points that will expire before I am ready or have time to take a personal trip.
