With the TrestleTree app, you can extend the coaching experience beyond your appointments and stay engaged with your Coach as you work towards accomplishing your health goals. Use the TrestleTree app to:

- Manage appointments: Easily schedule, cancel, or reschedule an appointment
- Message your Coach: Message your Coach on the go, right from your phone
- Enter metrics: Track your progress by adding and viewing metrics
- Complete actions: View and complete actions assigned by your Coach
- Reflect: Keep your health goals top of mind with a daily reflection
- Google Health Connect Sync (optional): Sync selected Health Connect data so you and your Coach can review trends and personalize goals between appointments. Depending on what you choose to share, this may include activity (steps, floors climbed, workouts, active calories, cycling cadence), sleep, body measurements (weight, body fat), nutrition & hydration logs, and vitals (heart rate/resting heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose).

Health Connect (optional)
If you choose to connect Health Connect, TrestleTree can import the health and fitness data types you select (such as activity, sleep, nutrition/hydration, body measurements, and vitals) to show progress trends and support coaching conversations. You control what data is shared through Health Connect and can disconnect at any time.
