It notifies often that no update was needed. So why notify?

With removal of Private App Store, Trend Micro really downgraded this application. It was a 5Star app now i will not give it a 0.1 Star. All the other features are there and they are useful but removing a safe way to distribute custom applications is a HUGE deal breaker for me.
