Order through online then most of the products are not available but they do not have initiative to inform customer about the inavailable product or have effort to replace it. Asked for a refund since July 2023 then they delaying it until say that the refund could not be made due to system issue blabla. DON'T BUY THROUGH THEIR APP, YOU WONT GET THE MONEY BACK. My money burned thanks to their unresponsiveness and unstable system.
