2025-01-27	Ni*****	Wanted to share my experience with this TPMS, it's must have assesories for any car. Recently I installed this app and it's was working perfectly on mobile app. However when connecting with Android Auto I was not able to find this app in Car Android Screen. Treel Support team was very prompt in resolving this issue when reached through there email. Preeti from Treel Contacted over Phone and resolved this issue, I am able to find this app now in Android Auto. Thanks a lot team for quick respon

2024-12-29	Ab*****	I have been using jktreel for around 6 months. The pressure displayed is not real time it monitors on its own. There is no provison in the app to replicate or communicate with a click with the device to display current pressure. Though I was sitting in the car for 2 hours, but it still did not communicate with the tpms.

However, I have encountered an issue when trying to enter expenses on dates after the actual transaction. Thanx to customer support agent Miss PREETI she is so nice, intelligent, humble. 2024-12-24	Su*****	The app works perfectly although there were some compatibility issues with android auto but were well resolved by Preeti FROM JK TYRE Treel. Preeti provided excellent support over whatsup and now all tyre pressure gets promptly displayed in car HU via android auto. Thanks JK TREEK and preeti from treel support.

2024-12-19	Ra*****	One of the best customer service experience I have received till date. I have been using this product for the last 3 years. Recently 1 of the TPMS sensor encountered an error and was not working properly. The customer care associate , Gagan Sir, who attended my issue, was very cooperative and prompt in providing a resolution. I would highly recommend this TPMS product. Thank you 😊

2024-12-17	Su*****	sensors are good but having couple of drawbacks. It requires always location service on and not working in car infotainment system. complaining customer care continuesly from last two years but, they don't have good reason just came to know that you have updated version compatible with android auto. please let me know from where I can get it. another thing if you don't require gps to locate devices then why your app doesn't work without enabling location.

Special thanks to Mr. Ronit, he is very knowledgeable and friendly person,Very much satisfied with his service. Highly recommended if some one is looking for a reliable TPMS system.

In Dec 2024, one of the sensor batteries dropped, I had to claim a warranty. The process was incredibly fast and smooth. I received the replacement sensor quickly without any hassle. A big thank you to the JK Tyre Treel team for their excellent customer service and efficient support. Highly recommended!"

2024-12-13	S *****	So after about 2 years, one of the sensors stopped updating. I called the customer service and Ronit was super helpful and courteous. He arranged for a replacement to be dispatched after helping me run a diagnostic via the app. The replacement reached me in 2 days, and after installation I pinged him, and he arranged for a pickup of the spoilt sensor so they can investigate why it got spoilt. All of this was without taking any money from me. Absolutely wonderful after sales experience.
So after about 2 years, one of the sensors stopped updating. I called the customer service and Ronit was super helpful and courteous.
