2024-08-11	Bo*****	Tried transferring money on July 3rd transfer has not gone through up till now and no refund after numerous requests. I just get the same canned answer that they are working on it. This used to be a reliable app. But I will never use it again. I feel like I have been scammed Don't use it.

I made transaction on 3/06/24, the transaction was cancelled and up till now (22/06/24), I have been chasing for a refund. Each time I speak to customer service, all I get are loads of pleases and promises of refund. I haven't used this app in a long time, I decided to try them again; worst mistake. I should have stuck to the other the app that I have been using. My advice stay away from Tranzfar.

The customer service have no clue or explanation what is going on and will keep you on for hours without picking up. I will stop using for now. Something strange going on

I've been waiting for a refund or an alert to the recipient since last week. Is almost 1 week, and they are still reluctant about it. I am trying my very best to be patient with them. Terrible 😠

I tried just one transaction with them and I'm still waiting to be refunded or credited well past the estimated processing time. I don't believe they are a legitimate company and I'll probably take them up with the OMBUDSMAN service. No reason was provided for the delay in process my transaction and no communication on when I would get my money back. Do not use please!!!!!!!!!!!
