I can't sign in at all. I've un-installed and reinstalled. No luck

This is basically a Scam. I have been waiting for over a year for them to do anything, but the only things accessible are a small amount of golf stuff and a couple vacations which are expensive. I highly recommend not investing in this. There is no way to contact customer support.
