not user-friendly. Cannot translate without purchasing language packages. Can't translate after buying package. I figured out how to purchase a bunch of tokens (worthless) and still after 3 hrs no translation turn on...this is junk!!!

I like everything about the W4 except for the listen and play. It would be a home run if you didn't need to push the listen and speak button every time you talk back and forth. I'm a business ower and would love to sit the phone down and let me employees speak as needed next to the phone without them trying to tap the button. Same when I'm driving, it would be so much easier to sit my phone in the console and let everyone talk without constantly having to push a button.
