Overall, reliability, payment handling, live-tracking precision, and transit data updates are the most needed improvements.

Recent reviews

Haven't use the app. But what I will tell you is that there's cockroaches in your bus, especially in any small gap of the body connection or even behind the silicone. I hope you can clean your bus more thoroughly and maybe use something to deal with them before somebody screamed. This is the first time I saw those things but hopefully would be the last. So please kindly clean your bus.

need a proper maintenance, especially when scanning the ticket, a problem since the first time I use this app for purchasing ticket back on October up until now, failing so many times when I try to scan my ticket
