Although transactions are smooth when functional and the metro environment is clean, the app's poor performance and cumbersome recharge process diminish its utility. Many users find it more convenient to buy tickets offline due to app frustrations and slow customer service responses.

User interface issues such as tiny fonts, white blank screens, and poor login flow making it unfriendly and frustrating to use.

Recent reviews

Whenever I try to login it says "session expired" or something and I have to open the app again. Also, sometimes when I open it, instead of showing "session expired", it shows "invalid credentials" for no reason and asks to create new mpin. Using this app is really frustrating. This app doesn't even deserve 1 star review because of this issue. I kindly request you to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Useless card. Useless app. The card is valid for only two years. They will block your card if not using for sometime. Replacement fee is 100 Rs. There is also a fee for recharging. They won't unblock on Sundays. Also bank staff won't be available in all metro stations for support. Not supported for NCMC and you can't use this card in other metros whereas, Bangalore metro card is NCMC supported that you can use in Chennai as well. You can't close the card from metro station. I don't recommend
