2024-12-14	Da*****	Absolutely the worst, nightmare, I've never missed a payment, and like clock work they threaten and remind me what they will have to do,( withdraw money from cosigner, and or take me to court and make us pay in full immediately.) Just threats day after day. It don't matter that my credit report has a 100% on time payment history. They still send threatening text, mail ,and phone calls. It's the most horrible feeling when I'm the one responsible 4the acc. You stress my cosigner. Destroying fam

2024-11-30	Ro*****	I can't sign in to the app as it states now it cannot reach me via my number which is the number attached to the loan. Previously it would accept my credentials and state that a code was being sent which never arrived even after multiple attempts on multiple days and uninstalling and reinstalling after of course starting by force stopping followed by cache clearing. All attempts were unfruitful. I was however able to make my payment on the webpage but it isn't possible to view statements there
