Two times out of three my brother couldn't send me money from abroad as transactions got stuck in air for roughly a week, after constant chasing they managed to refund money. Last week I topped up my TransferGo account wia Google pay just to have a few pounds in it, I still don't have money being transferred as they are asking for bank statement with shown IBAN number, bank statements of past three months of income and so on over £6 transaction!

I filed a request through the website asking how to transfer the money back but later found how to do it and filed the transfer order to my bank account in the local currency. They have done nothing but delay me by transferring me to different staff, repeatedly asking for a bank statement between 22nd June and 22 July. They've been incredibly difficult and stubborn.
