2024-10-27	Sh*****	The application is slow & badly lagging behind because of which even after a booking is accepted it gets assigned to another supplier. Kindly look into this immediately.

2024-09-29	Sh*****	The application does not work properly & notifications are delayed due to which the bookings even after acceptance are assigned to other suppliers. Escalated the issue multiple times but no concrete feedback received till date. They have selected suppliers to who the rides are sent & when we write email asking the reason for it, an illogical reply is given & no further actions are taken. Extremely disappointed with the teams approach as well as nobody supports with resolving the issue raised.
