TransApp

TransApp is the fleet management and attendance application for freight transport companies. Your drivers clock in and out from their cell phones upon arrival at the truck and at the end of each trip, with GPS verification, and you can track the entire workday from your computer: who arrived, at what time, and where, without calls or paper forms.

Designed for small and medium-sized transport, logistics, and distribution companies that currently coordinate their day via WhatsApp. It requires no computer installation or technical personnel.

What TransApp does

• Driver clock-in with GPS: the arrival and departure times are confirmed at the truck location.

• Trip log: each driver marks the start and end of each trip of the day, with their location and time.

• Job schedule: upload each driver's trips and, when a day is repeated, copy it with a single tap.

• Attendance and punctuality control: the scheduled and actual times are displayed side-by-side, with late arrivals automatically flagged. • Schedules by company and by driver, including night shifts.

• Real-time notifications: to the administrator when a driver is late or doesn't arrive; to the driver before each shift start.

• Records of the day and hours worked at the end of each shift.

• Delivery slips with photos: the driver photographs the delivery slip for each trip from their cell phone, and the company views and downloads it from their dashboard. If there is no signal, the photo is saved on the phone and sent when it is restored, with the application open.

• Company setup in minutes: create your company, invite your drivers with a link, and approve new hires.

For the driver, two large buttons

The driver's screen is reduced to the essentials: checking in and starting each trip. No training or configuration is required. The statuses (Not Clocked In, In Progress, Completed) have the same names on the driver's cell phone and on the company dashboard.

For the company, the entire day is visible

From the web or mobile device, the manager can see who is in the truck, which trips are in progress and which have finished, and at the end of the day, how much each person worked.

Privacy and monitoring

TransApp is a management tool for companies. The company sees the time and location of each driver's clock-in and photos of the delivery slips they upload. The application only checks the driver's location when they confirm a clock-in, with the application open. It does not record location in the background and does not store routes or travel history.
